Purpose

Track California districts entering ELOP/CCLC grant purchasing windows in the next 30/60/90 days. This is the lifeblood of ZTAG revenue — schools buy during grant funding windows.

Data Fields

For each district:

• District name
• County
• Grant type (ELOP / CCLC / other)
• Grant cycle phase (Pre-window / Active / Closing / Closed)
• Purchase window dates (start - end)
• ZTAG contact status (None / Initial / Follow-up / Quoted / Closed)
• Last contact date
• Next action date
• Notes

Update Cadence

Manual (Phase 2-3): Update when Quan provides district info
Automated (Phase 4+): Mon/Wed/Fri 8:00 AM — pull from Zoho CRM + web research

Output Format

Markdown table, sorted by days until window opens (soonest first).
